Summary

Abandoned by her husband, new mother Hermila (Hermila Guedes) moves back home and raffles herself off for a night of passion to raise much-needed funds, shocking her rural Brazilian neighbors with a bold declaration of female empowerment. Determined to live by her own rules, Hermila finds support from her aunt Maria (Maria Menezes) and her prostitute friend Georgina (Georgina Castro). Zezita Matos and João Miguel co-star.
