Summary

Jacob has a habit of repeating questions, which gets him into trouble with an adult. As a result Jacob is sentenced by a judge (Ice-T) to Slimers' Island. In the children's prison run by the dreaded and mischievous wrestler, the Hooded Fang (Gary Busey), Jacob must find a way to rescue all the children.
