Summary

Excellent

A dark, slow-paced portrait of the early 1900's "oil rush". Brilliant performances by Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano; excellent soundtrack.

As much as I liked "No Country..." this should have won Best Picture. DDL owns Best Actor. Really a monster movie, isn't it?

Very intense experience. Daniel Day-Lewis owns it. Academy Award well deserved. Paul Dano does some terrific scenes.
