Summary

A wanted man helps a Russian woman and her young daughter cross the border from Mexico to the United States in this taut thriller with two mysteriously connected storylines. Smuggler Maklovsky (Eric Roberts) helps the Russian woman on a desperate hunt for her husband, but Maklovsky is tailed by rule-breaking cop Morales (Erik Estrada) and is wanted by the Los Angeles police chief (Gary Busey) in connection with a series of mail-bombings.
