Summary

Struggling with the reality that his days as a pro baseball player are over, Billy Wyatt (Mark Harmon) falls further into depression when he learns that his childhood friend and first love, Katie (Jodie Foster), has committed suicide. When Katie's parents ask Billy to dispose of her ashes, he's overcome by warm memories of his teenage years and tracks down his former best pal (Harold Ramis) to help him give Katie the send-off she deserves.
